Whimsical Fairy Chrysalis Pendants Group Shotby ~CaterpillarArts

Artisan Crafts / Jewelry / Necklaces & Pendants

After being on a fantasy kick for the past few days, I decided to have a go at making a batch of fairy chrysalis pendants. Overall I'm pretty pleased at the result, it's a lot of fun to make them! I'm still working on the design/technique - they're almost the way I envisioned them, but not quite.

They're hand sculpted out of polymer clay with a protective coat of gloss. The middle two are not for sale; however, the rest are available!

So shiny, I love the colours you used. It's a really interesting idea too! The little pearly coloured spots are a nice addition. These would look beautiful hung in groups around the place.

Interesting. I love the swirls of color in them, and the little spots add a nice bit of detail.

The spots are actually my favorite part about them - it's a three dimensional gold paint.
